Hi, I'm Elena.

I am a teacher, math explorer, movement artist, somatic guide, world traveler, animal lover, and lifelong learner. At the heart of my evolving work is a deep passion for supporting people through all stages and experiences of life—whether navigating birth, learning, loss, or other forms of transformation. I hold space for people to connect more fully with body, emotions, mind, and essence, with a focus on the power of practicing presence. My offerings are rooted in the belief that we thrive when we can meet ourselves in the fullness of life.
